Hi river pools. I'm having a house built and hoping to hire ya'll for a pool, but want to make sure we do things right. We only have 25 feet of clearance on the side of our house and was hoping to extend our driveway in that area. Is that enough room to get through? And will the equipment ruin a driveway?

i have a 30 thousand gallon water tank i use to swim in. Recently a crack in the bottom of it leaks faster than my spring can keep uo with the leak. i don't mind some leak as i have fig ivy growing on the side and it helps keep that watered. i only want to seal the bottom crack from leaking. Do you think i could just pour vinyl ester onto the bottom on the cleaned out dry pool to slow the leak without any additional materials such as fiberglass cloth. i would be satisfied with limited results as another layer of concrete on bottom may only lead to another crack in time, thanks for any possible outcome to this approach may lead to

I would think as much as it cost to install a pool that all of the surveying would be included.

We see your point, but before we can even officially say where a pool can be placed on your property a current plat is required. A majority of the time (recent home purchase or new construction) a survey has already been performed and therefore you simply need to obtain a copy of the plat from your local government offices.

I miss spoke I didnt actually mean survey, I was referring to all the picture taking expected from the home owner. Thank you for your response

@@hollybyars5692 thanks for the clarification. We have always approached pool building from a completely different perspective; 1. We want to educate as MUCH as possible so that the homeowner can make the most well informed decision (even if it means NOT buying one of our pools) 2. We want to deliver answers, pricing and pertinent information to the homeowner as fast as possible. To do that, we've found that if we can harness technology (ease of photos with phones, email, zoom calls, etc.) we can deliver a VERY accurate ballpark price using a copy of the plat and the photos described in this video. Quite simply this allows us to give you the thing you're looking for faster...a proposal for YOUR pool, without delays of travel and getting to your property in person. We also find that when the homeowner is involved in planning at this level they have a much better understanding of the process and logistics.

Sounds good. I guess if I would have put a little more thought in to the whole situation I would have just kept my mouth shut. But thank you for your kind responses and education. You have a great day !!!

I completely agree... they should come out and take photos and access the property with you. That would be better customer service. Seems easier then trying to explain how to do all of these photos.
