This video is mostly click bait. Getting 619 is almost impossible unless you get super good rng, lots of delve mats and awesome vault rewards. Delves being your only solo content only gives ilvl 603. and most of the time you get the same items over and over.. Or a trinket every time you run it. (Hence needing rng) The upgrade items can come from delve but you get 2 per chest in a bountiful. You only get so many keys a week. Heroics/LFR isnt solo content. You still have to interact with toxic raiders. Now, You can craft some gear but you only get so many sparks... Then you have to find a crafter who is willing to use their concentration to make your 5star item. You can get 1 high level crafting thing by doing the solo story raid boss... You can also get pvp gear solo by going into warmode, picking up the sparks of war quest. Open chests in that zone. 5 sparks each. You can also open disturbed earth for sparks. Also in warmode you can get blood from doing any world quest. But again.. All of this gear requires crests that you cant get easily as a solo player.. So dont put SOLO in all caps..

Actually if you have enough time each delve bounty map gives 3 "mythic" creast. So you can actually upgrade your hero track gear to 626 even though it will require many bounty maps

Most of my rng 619 and 616s have been horrible. I am 606, tired of delves. Unfortunately i have to now spend 50 to 60 hours not playing but setting up my client add ons and UI as i prepare to grind mythic. Theres also another 100 hours watching tuts on running the dungeons... WoW sucks, but i have nothing else to do in capitalism.
