Sir I got registered for GST dated 31jan2024 Issue invoice 2 inv on 26 Feb 1 inv on 3 march And received payment against these invoices on 9 April 2024 And I puchased the material from different places on cash basis there is no biling for that and there some material I made from welding shops Please advise me how to file the return ?

Sir I've a question I bought a plot for 20lac on installments in a housing society. At the time of registery,the owner showed 13 lac value of the plot to save in income tax. We paid the tax accordingly,now which value should I add in my return and 7E?

You must have paid 236K tax on purchase. You will show your property at that value in your wealth statement on which 236K tax was paid. For 7E, market value is to be taken for property based on rates defined by FBR.

Ab dobara wohe property new adres k sath capital asset main dal rha or aik error ata hi Reason of exclusion ko check krta hn One capital asset self owned by the taxpayer Jab ye select krta hn to error ata hi ye This reason cannot be selected again. Ye option pahly select kr Chuka but adres update kr rha hn to phir ab ye dobara select nhe krny dy rha. How i resolved this issue

Sir kuch logo income tax return 2023 ma capital asset sheet file nai ki the q ka unki property 2.5 crore sa kam the. Ab wo sale kar rhy hai to 7e certificate chahiya us ka liya return revise karty ha jis ma bht time lah rha ha Commissioner approval ka liya. Lakin property sale pending ho rHe ha is waja sa. Iska kya solution ha ????
