Damage 14B and interest 7Q is applicable for delayed payment or any other payment not paid to employees and later identified by epfo. Incase of salary arrears ,if we are paying salary arrear for a certain period i.e Jan 2023 to June 2023 ,paid the challan in August 23, system will generate damage and interest charges .so it is advisable to paid the salary arrear by combining it with monthly challan in a particular month.

Hello sir 5 saal ka karan hai to kaise kare ge Example 09/2010 , 10/2010, 11/2010 aise hi 10/2015 tak ka kaise karenge

Consider last 10/2015 as wage month for generating challan using direct challan if you recieved a single notice for said above period.wage month will be the 10/2015 in your case.or you can create multiple challan if you have recieved multiple period for submitting panel damage charges.

First make the payment of panel damage charges for period and then give reply accordingly .send the email to compliance dept of epfo .
