Great video. I had been working this concept into some of my muaythai drills. Also the third concept is very reminiscent of Lomachenko's boxing style. Very well done demo, thank you.

These systems assumes harder stamina whilst the face completely unprotected as though I've tried this informally and may estimated for 30 sec more or less before I take give in the mechanics whilst I've still under the conscious notions only the pain were intolerates after the zuki battery battles as though kicks never implied functional between each others that only our rehearsing stages surprises me and not even inclined for interesting this sport but basically we were functions as Grapplers not a functionally strikers but only I've remembers I've only endures my longest battery withstand against zuki charges👍

Kyokushin is Good.🙂 I train in the - white dragon karate club. Hmm it's like a (MIXED) karate. Very powerfull but weird same time... Sensei taught many style like hapkido, sambo, jiu jitsu, Teikwando, ninjutsu, boxing.. My Sensei in not like sensei, but like vandamme / ninja. The height of his kick shot was a phenomenon.

Love your videos! Great technique, great presentation! It's easy to see the skill and experience coming through. Perhaps a bit of work on the sound though? Osu!

I use this for gutter fight/bare knuckles boxing almost no rules for real fight experience. I add this for counter low kicks in my gutter boxing very effective & tbh it works for mma tho. Cz boxing have no leg deffense so i mixed up with kyokushin. But i change a lil bit for the punch more flexible. Double cross step back counter & boxing slips. Attack while deffense use for counter with cross punch to add long range. But i use my weight leg rather than shuffle for better balance like this 0:01 . I do shuffle but for diamond step (kickboxing) only, for leg kick i rather change my weight leg for speed. Cool, overall gr8 idea

You are needing a long windup. Too much distance travelled. The best way is to use internal power. Ok i know its not easy because it requires a totally different way of moving. If you train to generate power internally, you will eventually not need hip twisting or legs at all and the power is much much more. Choice is to maximize an inferior method or train your mind to hit in a different way that also requires much much less as far as external energy that tires you out. People using internal power can punch all day and not get tired. You have great external power but not even close to using internal energy. Do you know about internal power generation? It will change your life.
