Great demo! I know of the Huizinga Roll but the second technique is new to me and excellent. It does remind me of a wrestling double-arm bar pin, but with the powerful use of Tori's legs. To your question of why wrestlers don't use it more: I don't know, but will ask an official about this because I think it's a great pin. I think--at least in high school folkstyle wrestling-- it's likely because of the chance of a referee stopping the technique for being "potentially dangerous." There's a related technique--a counter to a single leg where one arm is trapped with a leg, while a sort of quarter nelson turnover is executed on the far shoulder--sometimes called a mousetrap that often gets stopped before Tori even gets his turnover. I think she didnt want to drill the technique. LOL. You see, even some black belts don't like all technique they learn. HOWEVER, its an excellent technique.
