No! u can take any one. If you are taking loan before joining the college, you won't be eligible for scholarship. You have to arrange the semester fee by yourself during counselling, so that you can apply for scholarship after joining college. You can either take loan or scholarship.

Nahi aysa nahi hai agr loan lia hai phir bhi app scholarship ke liye apply kr skte ho bcz mere frd ne aysa kia tha usko scholarship bhi mili thi and loan se bhi fee pay ho gya tha toh usne phir ek later likh ke loan ka fee wapas kra dia 👍
