That's pretty much a bullshit video that you seen, also keep in mind that not everyone could do what he do especially for those non heavy coiner, to say that getting a 1.5k or 2k or whatever buff number is always depend on what kind of a player you are, if you are a non coiner so how would you get a 2k buff without any civ gear, another thing to know is this dude had upgrade to a very high level tech so for those who hasn't even reach that level, how would you apply his thing into yours??? Simple to say that he just refer to those that have very similar level to him & not everyone could apply to it, my own ranged would go to around 1400/1500% buff attack but that doesn't mean a small player could do the same as me

@CovainSunny yeah, there's no way you could get the stupid 2k or 1.7k buff unless your tech are all max, spiritual beast all acquired & max, dragon max, senate all unlock & max, champion all max This game need every aspect to look, if he think that evony is so stupid then why they release civ gear in 1st place, this video clearly misunderstood of what some comment that we seen, pretty much those people are bunch of idiot
