If you stop paying Grasshopper, do you loose all your contacts also or can you keep them?

You can export your contacts. So, just make sure you do that before you decide to discontinue the service.

Yes you absolutely can! If you call from the phone app or the desktop app, it will show up with your 1800 number on their caller ID. It will look like you are a true professional business. There will be no way for customers to distinguish that you are actually calling from your personal cell phone!

The information in this video is very outdated. Grasshopper is no longer that cheap and there is no unlimited extensions.
