“Work smarter not harder.” I have maintained my 4.0 gpa for two semesters in a row. I just finished my fall semester and took 21 credits. I know a lot of people oppose that but if you can do it, then go for it. Just be prepared to be tired. I’m set to graduate this year in the fall. I’m thinking about transferring to an Ivy League. My main goal is to graduate with a 4.0.

Girl, finding that “one” friend in class to get notes from is hard for me when my own biology lab group won’t even reply in our group chat about our project. 🤦🏻♀️😂

A tip for using rate my professor: make sure you read all of the reviews not just the first time. I have known professors to go on and write fake reviews for themselves. If a professor has one well written really good review, but 10 other really bad reviews, then the first one is probably fake or not trustworthy :)

Thank you! I accidentally overloaded my course schedule with a bunch of hard math and science classes last semester and dropped my gpa below my goal of 3.5 each semester (I got a 3.48) I’m going to use these tips to hopefully do better this upcoming semester!

Ask the engineering major.🙄 If I had to do it all over again, knowing what I know now, I’d still choose engineering. However, knowing me an d my younger-self, I’d first go to community college to complete my associates in engineering, including all math and engineering courses that’d transfer to major university; saving tons of money.

You don't think your teacher would get slightly annoyed if you wanted them to check over your work every time before handing it in?
@emilygrace2663 жыл бұрын
I mean- it depends on the professor / assignment. My English teacher highly encouraged us to- so much so that she required it for one of our papers (to have her look over it before turning it in to fix mistakes). I think it would definitely be a good idea for a big project, English paper, etc. Not so much small homework assignments. Most professors are happy to help and want students to use the office hours & learn the material- so no I don’t think they would get annoyed :) (especially if you ask them to look over it ahead of the due date & mainly for big projects not small assignments)

You mentioned physically writing notes helps with memorizing and learning. Would you say that writing notes on a ipad with the ipad pen is just as effective? please respond or someone lol(:

Yes, it is. It is the action of physically writing the words. Doesn't matter on what surface.
