Unfortunately, the answer is no. The text in Paper 1 of English Language and Literature is quite different from that of English Literature. In Paper 1, students are usually presented with a multimodal text. In addition, general knowledge can be useful when interpreting the context of the text. In contrast, Paper 2 of English Literature typically requires students to analyze specific literary texts in depth, requiring an appreciation of more niche literary techniques. *Do we have tutorials for paper 2?* No, even though Paper 2 was certainly our strength, we do not offer tutorials for it because it is based on your individual text. However, if you could provide a short example paragraph of analysis, we would be happy to turn the comments section into a forum and provide feedback if time allows. One brief piece of advice is to focus on the "macro" devices for Paper 2, such as characterization and symbolism. You should also show off your contextual knowledge and analyze the zeitgeist, dominant ideologies, and even political viewpoints if they are relevant to your question and text. *Treat your coursework seriously.* Another advice is please treat your coursework assessment seriously. You want to enter the exam hall knowing that you could still get a 7 even if you slipped a few marks from your carelessness or even from encountering a stricter examiner. In the end, accept that your exam scores are subjected to variability and factors outside of your control, and have no regrets knowing that you have tried your very best.

Don't give up. At least not until you've tried to apply the techniques on practice essays. Also remember to go back check it. The quality of a practice essay under timed condition is hugely discounted. Keep working on it.

No offense but I don't get how you got 45, why would any source have a purpose of ''pressuring'' the reader to donate? Even forcing per se is never the true intention. To perceive the main point of any given text/ article is the main point of any essay and without your analysis is basically the same with the guy who you yourself mentioned as ''Terrible'', true you have superb understanding of both language and literally devices but I doubt with that kind of analysis you would get 7, 6 at most
