Listen up! For anyone that can't interact with the ship, what you need to do is land right next to it and exit your ship to auto save. Once that is done exit to the menu and reload the save. The moment you spawn in, rush to the ship and you'll be able to interact with it for a few seconds. Repeat this each time you need to interact with the ship until you can claim it. I hope this helps. I just got the ship, if you're struggling to interact with the ship, get into your own ship park as close to the new ship as possible and get out to auto save, then reload the auto save, soon as it load, run to the ship and you should be able to interact with it, you'll have to do that each time cause the base is glitching the ship. If you can't find the monolith, go to your mission list, find the one about salvage ships and abandon it, then probe the brain again, it should give you the monolith after that.

I've tried this process several times and several times without moving my ship but nothing seems to work and then I have to wait an hour to do all over again. I almost got the pugneum out once, but it lifted up with me. Any other ideas?

​@@teel5466 hmm first double check that you're actually offline and not using multiplayer. I've had that happened to me before where the ship took off, How close is your ship to the sentinel? You don't want it to be so close that they're touching. It should be a walking distance like 8 seconds ish after you get out. Consider exiting out the game completely, maybe even restart and log in without multiplayer and see if that also helps.

I ran into several of the Sentinel ships in the Singularity expedition, and I gotta say I was NOT expecting it to be zippy. Just a copy paste type thing and gotta upgrade it to be fast. No matter what class I found it was pretty dang fast. so yeah maxed out I can't wait to see how fast they are.

Oh it just removes it for you but with enough reports it will be removed for every one By the way if you want to ship hunt legitimately install an Economy scaner thing on your ship and then jump to systems with 3 stars and with a high economy rating like Affluent, Opulent or Wealthy (there are more on that tier but i ussualy go to Opulent systems out of habit when ship hunting) After that go on the station and.. wait! recomended to reload the most recent restore point when you land to "refresh" the spawns but still you will have to wait (can happen on outposts too btw)

If you run into that you can always report the base. It will automatically delete the base for you and also keep track of it. Enough reports will delete the base for everyone.

Thanks dude for your channel. The only sentinel ships I had before tonight was due to your videos. I have never seen a dissonant system on my galaxy map (Xbox) I still don't have the latest patch. Tonight I was just exploring and saw a Tropical planet. Decided to have a look to see if I wanted to build a base there and upon landing, it was corrupted. It didn't say it had corrupted sentinels from the scan from space. It has a swept wing design in orange and black. I found as many as I could till it wouldn't let me place more save beacons. The best one I found was an A class and once I upgraded it to S class, it has 3 of its supercharged slots touching. I made a tiny base with teleporter at that one so it should be easy to spot. Best I can do without a picture comment is try to name the glyphs so here goes :) Bird, sunset, octagon, fighter jet, sunset, bird, sunset, warp, tree, battleship, fighter jet, battleship That's what they look like to me. The planet name is Inswichi A19 and it is Euclid galaxy. It should show as JEEPNut2012JK discovered it. That's me.

@moeuwuwu9838 you need all 16 glyphs. There is a planet that can get you all of them once you have two. Video on youtube how to do that. Once you have all 16, then you find a glyph teleport and make a tiny base with a regular teleporter there for future visits. Enter the glyphs I listed and you'll be there.

Easy to upgrade to s class, what is hard is finding a ship that once s-class has four supercharged slots that are close enough for one weapon group.

Tbh you don't need them to touch to make the weapon OP, usually you need to have all your mods connected directly for the most benefit, however even if none of the supercharged slots are touching, I discovered that using all of them for 1 weapon type makes it stronger than even if it's mods were connected.

So someone built a base and it now it's super buggy. I was able to spawn the ship by finding an echo locator thing. Then use it to find the scrap base, then use that base to do a spike. It happened to take me to that ship, probably because I was close to it. Also while this technically worked the ship was real buggy. It was flying away when I clicked on it to insert the parts. If that happens go away for 1km or so and come back and try again. Good luck travelers. Edit. I found someone else when you get this bug just land near the crash site, get out of your ship to make a restore point, then load that point. The sentinel ship should be back where it's supposed to be. If it takes off again do another load.

Whoa! Things working out a bit differently than ever before in snagging a crashed ship. For one thing, it just looks to me that there are a number of "Sentinel Crash Sites" in this general area. I got to Jasons exact coords pretty quick and there was nothing at all even resembling a "site". Trees, rocks, critters. No site, nope. BUT, 600 meters away WAS a downed Sentinel Interceptor! Then you have to fix a bunch of new technology just to get in the ship. See it has to accept you, so well that will be a pleasant surprise what all you have to do just to get TO the new ship. Ha! You will be a hunter-gathering for a little bit, but then you will fly this new beast right out of there. IT's actually a very nice ship. WAY nicer than the Solar ships! Once the ship accepts you, THEN you can get in, Compare, and Claim/Swap as you like!😀

I can confirm that i got through the portal and found the ship with no issues at all. Someone even built a landing pad right above the crushed ship site, so it's very easy to detect as soon as you are close to the coordinates.

The way I did this was I just scanned for a resource depot on a dissonant planet, killed the shit out of the sentinels there and then a location came up saying Dissonance Spike. I went there and there was a crashed sentinel ship. I didn’t repair it because I already have an S-Class blue version that looks sick, but it’s another way of finding them.

It's at +42.86, +8.27 now. You should see that little scrap sitting there if the ship isn't there. Just call your ship in, enter and exit to save then reload. Ship shows up. Literally just did this. Same S class ship

Found it after doing this. But when I came close, it took off. Reloaded again and came to it faster and it worked. It still keeps taking off while I'm fixing it but then it glitches, my char falls into oblivion for a moment and then everything teleports back like nothing happened. Weird but as long as you can fix it, it will work. If you don't have the required items, just go get it, then return near to the ship site, save, reload and it will be there.

Just realized you don't need to keep reloading. Just fix the broken machine there (which is pretty easy, materials are found in crystals locally) and it will spawn the ship.

Last night I got to watch as Xxiou, Ricey and Kokopelli-Bob were testing a rumour that ship location and power slots were determined by the location of the crash sentinel ship and not the class.. Seems that is the case. So if you find a ship that has the PS placement you want, you have to go to the exact co-ordinates where the ship is located to get it. If you pick up a ship in a different location the PS will be in a different position. The regular ships have fixed PS that do not vary based on class. But for Sentinel ships, PS placements are determined by where the ship is found on the planet. So if you find a great placement and take a picture but do not indicate the Co-ordinates, then good luck for those wanting that PS arrangement.

I was about to give up but read you can use a Carrier AI Fragment to search the planet for another crashed Interceptor which I found. It was the same style but it was a C class. Well better than nothing I suppose!

Just worked fine for me. Multiplayer off, invite only in settings. Found the beacon and followed it in after a few minutes flying around the planet. Only bases were far enough off to not be an issue.

My first sentinel ship happened when I was searching some crashed freighter not knowing that smuggled items alerts Sentinels. Fought a Capital freighter with my C class shuttle and it was frustrating as hell. Sentinels are really fast and they are always on my tail. I named my sentinel ship Smuggled feathers after that lmao.

Wings Clipping I just wish there weren't so many Sentinel wing combos where they different wings clip through each other. -mainly a problem when there's middle wings that fold down, plus lower 'x wings' at the same time.

Find dissonance Resinators and pop them until you get a Echo Locator and use that. Do the math puzzle and then you will get pointed to the ship.

You may go there now and will end up in a maze. The besg way to get out of a maze is to follow always a wall. Your ship probably will clip into a wall, get inside the ship, land near it, locate the base computer, and report it, so the maze base will disappear from your game.

For those having trouble accessing the ship (S-class is at the coords supplied and on the planet the glyph address goes to, for me) , try the save/reload trick, may be needed after each stage. Also get the other ingredients to fix the ship before trying to work with the brain, that seemed required for me. All the fubar around the portal and ship were cleared by others or me when I tried this "quest".

So funny thing happened, while i was going around getting the glyphs and i beat a sentinel capital ship and got the thingy that lets you find them and i found an s class flameborn. Still going for the glyphs though, this is a ship i want

I couldn’t find a communications station, but I found a red save beacon, and that led me right to a ship

@@moeuwuwu9838 well you just commented on the video on how you can get that ship you just got to enter the portal glyphs that he shows you as well as go to the coordinates in his ship cockpit I accidentally went to the opposite side of the planet than the S-Class I grabbed a C-Class the first time. I doubled back and corrected that mistake also keep an eye out for that message Beacon as well as a good landmark.

Update on 10th September 2024: The ship is located at +42.84 +8.28 at a base called ,,Mobian"-Kolonie I just followed your advice and got the ship! There were a couple of differences in my game though where someone had built a huge base at the location but after landing at it and looked around for a bit I found the ship! Unfortunately I forgot to write down the name of the base for other people to locate and I can't find the name at the base itself!. There do appear to be quite a few bases and save points in the same area so shouldnt be too difficult to find them and the ship. As for the ship itself I couldn't interact with it but someone else here said if I land my current ship next to it, exit the ship and then reload the autosave it should let me interact with it and it worked. Thanks to everyone involved for my shiny new S Class Interceptor! Btw, this system is actually very close to the Galactic Core and if you have a freighter that can jump 2,000 light years you can get to the closest planets to the core within about ten warp jumps. Once you get to the closest planet you are only around 3,000 light years from the core.

Update: Still works, but there's a glass barrier on the monolith when you arrive. Some guy built completely around it so you're trapped inside.

@@dukefrywokker6470 Just in case you or anyone else needs this, I got around it by going to the other side where my ship was. It was close enough for me to get in it and take off. It got me out of the glass barrier.

Just a question. I got to this location yesterday but because of the Sentinel ship bug I got another one. Can I redo this guide when the patch drops to get the correct ship? Or can you get this again at a later time?
