If you are in India, then the best way appears to be using Microsoft 365 for Business - see 7'35" onwards. If you are in Nigeria or USA, the Microsoft 365 E3 free trial appears to work - and you don't need to add payment details. Phillip

yeah, I got the email through "Microsoft 365 E3 trial". But, it was asking for card detail which I was hesitant to share, so I didn't completed the entire process but still somehow got the work e-mail. I think the work email got created in the 2nd step of the process. Thanks for the video. I wanted to use powerBI service, so I was searching for a free way to create a work e-mail.

I would suggest to change the title or add same video with another title because a lot of people are facing issue with developer program and you are assuming they have thought about a solution "creating a work email" and would search for it and watch your video. I'm from the USA, and only the last method i.e., Microsoft 365 for Business Trial worked for me. For the Microsoft 365 Developer method, it did not give me the option for the sandbox saying that I was not eligible for one, whatever that means!!! Thanks for sharing these ... I was wondering how to get into the Power BI Service portal for doing some R&D, very helpful.

Hi @@petarmrvic5414 . You can certainly delete any trial accounts, if you want. However, if you haven't added a payment method, it should expire automatically. You should keep your email address as well. Phillip

yeah but, this only works for 90 days when developer program trial ends, then you will need to redo the same process, but can you use same credentials? to keep your PBI workspace and files?

I found the last method mentioned for India based users helpful where i was able to get a email id with some changes introduced like putting in a payment method for trial Example CC. I am hopeful that even after trail ends i would be able to access or use the email id as business email

Hi Sumeet. You will need Pro or Premium to share a dashboard with others. Pro costs $10/month - Premium Per User costs $20/month. You can probably get a free 60 day trial by using the feature. Phillip

Hello Phil, I'm here to give an update on how I found a way around. So, I used opera mini to open the power bi pro, followed the prompt to the latter and voila got my free email. Thanks
