It also ignores the fact that you’re a well known influencer and the sales associate may be likely to give you a grizzly or mini k compared with no purchase history in that store compared to someone else, maybe a tourist or a non-influencer. Cannes has just gone down the hill since the pandemic and it will get even worse with the real estate market crumbeling down, it’s just so sad to see. It used to be my favourite place in the world. 🥺 I think the italian lakes like Como are definitely taking over. France has just too many socioeconomic issues…

It’s so true and that’s for any brand. Any store. Sometimes I have money to spend and sometimes I don’t but you can never tell. I’m myself, I’m enthusiastic and I get star treatment in boutiques. I like to play and see how I’m treated in stores and they’re always kind. A cute outfit, asking how people are doing and a smile go a long way.

Congrats on the bag Claire. Lovely piece that definitely blends in in your collection. Just a quick one: I am based in Luxembourg and our local shop is really small. There is no such a thing as dedicated SA here. I travel quite a lot in Europe. Not too long ago, went to Lyon, and was hoping to renew a wishlist they allowed me to place last year. Was kindly told by the Manager of the store to place my wishlist where I live, as they do not do that anymore. So, take it each store has its own rule, even in Europe.
