you cannot control the export DPI of the basemap imagery in the layout. you can set it to 300 but the basemap itself will export at 96dpi only.

Hi clever sir,in which type of format you add it in arcgis is it pdf? Is't obligatory to georeferencing again and how ? Greetings!!

No, I have use tif format. And for the second question, if you do it in arcmap, re-georefencing is mandatory. But it is easy to do, two precise control points usually are enough. If you doing it in arcgis pro, there will be options to perform write world file, so re-georeferencing is not needed

Thank's but my topic question :how to keep the high résolution in tiff as the same as pdf . Because our first object which we have used pdf is to get a high resolution image. Sorry to bother you Sir!!

Set the page size to custom size, set it to 10 meters width and 5 meters height for example. Like I described on the video
