500 lol my first was 250. That same card I've had since I was 18 now has a limit of 25,800. They usually increase on their own as long as you are keeping them low or paid in full. My wife and I never asks for credit limit increases, but her card automatically increases every two years. She now has a credit limit of $14k on each card; while, mines is stuck at $6500 each card and never increases itself (we both have same cards). And I’m more financially responsible than her and keep a low utilization. I also have a slightly higher credit score than her in the low 800’s. I’m petty af, so I won’t go beg the bank to increase my credit limit. If they don’t acknowledge my financial responsibility or want my business, then so be it. I’ll go get it somewhere else. 🤷🏻

The amount of people “bragging” about their credit limit is absolutely horrendous. Stop using credit cards and pay with what you have. If you don’t have it you can’t afford it. America has a spending problem. Get outta debt and start thinking about the days you retire. You wanna have all this debt then too?? Ask rich people how they got rich. It wasn’t through debt.

Ray 2wavy ther is literally nothing good about debt. All you are is a slave to the people you owe money. Saying it’s good debt is idiotic. Your asking broke people how thy make money and guess what.
