Nice explanation sir ,all these came out of your experience. But I have a few doubts sir . 1) Being a fresher what are the other basic and general skills (Mainly practical or technical skills) which one should have with respective to a sales OR Accounting job ?? 2) If I had not been conscious of gaining Skills and relevant knowledge for jobs even till B.COM apart from Theoretical side ,then What to do to compensate that OR strengthen my career requisites better ,atleast from now on ?? Pls clarify my queries to the best level you can.

You can appear for the respective Bank exams, PG is not required. But if you want to do so, then M.Com would be a better option.

B.Com without Accountancy is like a beautiful pot without water. I will recommend you to improve your Accounting skills (Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting and Management Accounting); Income Tax is also preferred. These papers are very important. Even if you are not interested in taking Accounts, you have many more options in further studies, go for MBA logistics or HR or Marketing.

Don't lose hope. Go for a job, save money, be patient, do correspondence course if possible. Things will be fine in few days.
