Can you give more advice to the middle-aged or older generation on how to keep the job and stay relevant? Whether it's job attitude, soft skills, or job skills? What type of employees or job requirements are the employers looking for? This topic doesn't apply to the younger generation but to the older generation too? Honestly, the younger generation has better career opportunities compared to the older generation. As long as they keep themselves realistic and open to the different job market and exposure.

S'poreans enjoy consistently high employment rate and their household income exceeds expenditure. Those that are jobless or retrenched are reemployed through the support of various govt agencies. What a first-world PAP! ❤❤
