Being a proud alumni of the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai he has pursued his M.Tech in Food Engineering & Technology and B.Tech in Food Process Engineering from the Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology (IIFPT), Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. Salman sir’s expertise lies in Food Regulatory Affairs, Food Licensing, New Product Development, Shelf-Life Assessment, Sensory Evaluation, Preventive Control Qualified Individual, and TRIZ Innovation. He has previously worked in Thinking Forks Pvt. Ltd as Development Scientist; Mondelez Pvt Ltd as R&D Intern (Beverage); Nestle India Pvt Ltd. As Production Intern. He IS A Member of Working Group Food Regulatory at Global Harmonisation Initiative, IAENG, ISEst, IAIP, AFSTI, USFN, KEFTA.
Mr. Salman is a living embodiment of grit, courage & passion towards the field of engineering, technology & regulatory affairs.
