Just question if someone will come and want to rent an apartment What should I do and new and still didn't get job How will the landlords will accept and what difficulties will face to rent place with 3 kids. So when coming it is better in my opinion to have your rent and feeding money for you and your family for at least three months which you can use the time to settle and should a a job. Remember you will pay security deposit before you move in. Depends on your landlord and the agreement you signed in the house contract. But they do not owe rent here. Never seen it, you pay or waka

You can get a two bedroom for $1700 monthly, I used about $1500 for feeding and toiletries for my family of 4 monthly. The deposit you made for the rough will be given back to you the day you move out.
