Hey. Welcome to the community 🙌🏾 There is no one size fits all. It all depends on the requirements of the positions. Some would require Norwegian and some only English. You can Learn the Language anywhere, Language institutions, Learning Apps like Duolingo and you can also learn on Tik Tok. Its all up to you. The test would depend on the requirements also.
