How to Get a Library Card

Deschutes County residents residing in Deschutes County can apply for a free library card. Your library card gives you access to books, e-books, movies, games, programs for youth and adults, museum passes, curriculum crates, mobiles hot spots, and so much more.
Apply in-person or online and the library will mail you a Library card.
