Make sure all the information is correct and then at the end, after you submit the paperwork there’s gonna be a code given to you. Make sure you screenshot the code or write it on the paper and then bring that with you to the Marriage License Bureau because the agents will ask for it.
Step 2:
You need to do is to bring a valid ID,that could be a driver’s license or a passport because the Clark county officials need to prove your age and identity.
Step 3:
You need to do actually pay for the marriage license here at the Marriage Bureau. The cost of that is $102 plus some tax and fees and you can pay that in cash or debit or credit card.
Step 4:
They will be giving you the marriage license here at the bureau. You guys are gonna get an envelope with five papers in it. Just make sure you bring the whole envelope with all the papers inside to your wedding venue because your officiant will be asking for those papers to fill them out before the actual ceremony.
Final thing is that after your ceremony is done your marriage is not legal yet. Your officiant actually has to go to the Recorder’s Office to record the marriage. He or she has up to 10 business days to do that which after you guys have to go online again and order the certified copy of the marriage license which will be sent to your home.

So to wrap up you can fill out the marriage license application online. If you do that it will be valid for one year or you can do it here at the Marriage Bureau right inside. They have their own computers and you and your partner can actually fill out the form together.
