Wow! I picked up an awesome huge entertainment center fir free. We used one of the cabinets in my small laundry room and the other went in my master bath....what a difference it makes. Now I have some extra storage and need to decide what color I’ll paint them

Bueno!!!! Kudos from NORTHVALLEY. Every house in my neighborhood has pieces like this. Especially mine! They call my Adobe abode The Taos House. I was Scruffy Coral Turquoise Silvery Chic Santa Fe Taos Art Row before that was a thing. But I’m 73 years so I was THERE stomping out my own Adobe and clay paints before they put it in cans. Love how You mastered this project!!!!🦋

If I hade a pine armoire I would do a Mexican finish with wax not shoe polish. Did you know that’s what they use for wax sometimes?

I lived in AZ for 6 yrs, I really miss doing the rustic southwestern finishes, they just don't go over well in the rest of the country, every now and then I will get a client who's doing a log home and wants that southwestern look, but not often enough for me to stop missing it..

I'm totally clueless in regards to painting furniture...... Do you need to let each layer dry in between applications like let the brown dry then the blue dry then the brown etc that could take days for me. You are so talented you make it appear easy😊
