I might just straight up tell him cuz I think he may be shy.....or he’s just not into me😞 Which is ok obviously. It’s just hard cuz I’m really shy too and I work with him so I’m worried he’s not interested & me telling him only annoys him. But he’s really nice and always helps me with things even when I don’t ask, or he’ll start convos with me or joke with me sometimes, or stand too close, & I feel like he looks at me a certain way sometimes or is always glancing at me but idk if I’m overthinking it. It's not a terrible idea to tell him straight. Unless you are scared that he may be a coward, or if you want him to put in some effort, then you can try any of the other steps. However, and I've noticed that with girls too, if they decline your invitation, call or anything of the kind, they are most probably not interested. That, or they need therapy, either way, it's a closed case.
