Yes but what if I already closed the scam and forgot to save it in the small size? How do I get my 120page, already scanned file, back into the scan so I can re-save it with out re-scanning it?

Still pretty bad compression. Convert the scan to low color jpeg. You shoyld get arounf 180KB for 3 pages. That Jpeg could be converted to PDF.
