@@TRAVELMANTODAY I just checked their site. Now we will have to pay 80k plus for multiple entry visa. Depending upon visa acceptance or rejection we will get refund. Whether vfs process sticker visa? Was there ever fee waiver for UAE?

Well, dear it is upto the consulate why they take so much of time to process an application. It depends and that is usually due to the deluge of applications they receive each day. Regarding Bank statement. You can download from the internet banking service or visit the branch, but whatever is the case it must be attested by the branch. Secondly, there has to be consistency in maintaining the bank balance and we should avoid any recent transaction ( adding bal. of 3-4 lacs in recent days). The balance should be maintained consistently in the last 6 months and it must reflect regular income. This is applicable not just in the case of UAE multi-entry even in the case of other countries.

Sorry this happened to you, but it was not Indigo or Etihad Abu Dhabi transit visa authority fault, as they rejected the visa stating ‘you are not eligible’, and not the ‘you do not require’

Would you like to throw some light on this area please?? Some people say its refundable some other say it will be refundable after completion of 5 years. Also, does the bank statement need to be signed and stamped by the bank or the one from net banking would be enough?

net banking statement will work because it is a digital authorized copy. You can contact the visa support directly as I have shared the links they can clarify if you can be sponsored by your parent. Or the same thing can be discussed with the bank. But you would need letter of authorization from your father along with all the statements.
