Hello, I recently applied for another visa for my second travel visit and upon doing my application, I seem to have met with an error that states: 1. They have a previous visa cancellation or refusal. 2. They do not hold an appropriate visa. 3. They have a condition on the current visa. 4. Their location cannot be confirmed. From my previous application, with the same information that I put for my application, this error did not occur, any thoughts on this? I have put all the needed factual information, this is a first for me.

NZ citizen here - my Japanese wife and I will move to Melbourne December. I will automatically get a SCV 444 visa when I arrive so I have no issues living/working in Australia if I choose. The plan is for my wife to arrive on either a visitor (90 day) visa or Tourist stream (offshore) visa. Once there she will apply for a 820/801 partner visa. Does this sound reasonable? I do not want for my wife to have to travel in/out of Australia while her 820/801 visa is being processed.

Hi, this may not be correct depending on if you're classified as an eligible NZ citizen. You may have to pursue the subclass 461 visa
