Yo this helped me big time. One thing that wasn't mentioned is that for the Specter mask, you have to single shot the windows. I couldn't get the hunter to spawn with my AR so I switched to a rifle, and he spawned. Most of my AR shots were 2 bullets to each window. Rifle = best. 👍

I hit a few with two shots by accident with my ar and he spawned, probably for the most part it needs one shot but doesn’t matter if u accidentally hit it with two a couple times, just make sure it’s definitely during the day, i couldn’t get him to spawn at night. i figured since he said “you CAN do it during the day” i figured it didn’t matter, apparently it does 😂

This was a big mistake for the division to do this. The hunters should spawn rarely and randomly. No person on earth other than Indiana Jones could figure this stuff out without inside information.

I did some of these way back in the early life of the game and before I got to end game. It was so hard. I remember doing the wraith mask and I had help and we kept dying but since someone was alive we didn't wipe and we kept retreating and he kept chasing us all the way back to the safehouse. I had to redo the death, phantom, cross and diamond mask 3 times since some of the mask didn't drop. We lured them to the nearest control point but the hunters turned it into a unclaimed control point after wiping out all the civilians. Ah fun time.... I also remember the spector mask had trouble spawning even if all the right windows was shot. I had to go to another players sessions to do it.

Just an update. After last June 9 patch update, my missing ivory key just mysteriously appeared in front of case of the shield splinter case for my looting! Just "looted it" and now I have the Shield Splinter. BTW, I have all the masks but unfortunately, one of the keys was missing.

One thing you left out, which was a big thing, was for the demon mask you have to shoot the light behind you so it blinks. Otherwise it won't work.

I had to say thanks for guidance, how to obtain them. But you need to rearrange the steps and conclusions. The Demon, Wraith, Crimson and Specter were the only masks which can be obtained on daytime while the rest only available on night time. The Specter had gave me a hard time, had to went through 4 times because he was using rogue artillery turret. Midas and Revenant, you'll need help from one high experienced player. While Death, Phantom, Cross and Diamond, need 2 or 3 high experienced players to help/assist. As 1 against 2/4 is impossible.

I had the same problem, didn't matter day or night or where I stood he would not spawn. I got around it by transferring my build to my second character, tried again and he spawned first time. This worked for about 3 goes then stopped working, so i transferred my build to my 3rd character and he spawned , I got my mask but what a pain.I went back to my first character but he still wouldn't spawn for me. Weird.

I figured it out! After many attempts, I figured out that you MUST use the hunters fury set on all pieces. I had tried other gear sets like bulwark, random high end pieces and nothing. But once I switched to hunters fury set they all spawned. For guns I used ourobous and an LMG. For skills I had chem launcher and revive. I’m talking about all emote hunters, on both hard and normal difficulty

I dont know if anybody is following this video now or not. But basically i think the one where you have to salute and the one where you have to workout on the pool is kinda bugged. I tried giving a salute multiple times in the same position and it didn't work. Same with the jumping jacks one. I tried excercising in the same position multiple times and there was nothing. These two might be bugged now. I could be wrong though.

Same here, it seems to be the two where you have to do jumping jacks and salute. Many people have reported the same bug. To get around it try transferring your build to your 2nd character and try again. Worked for me.

I can't seem to get the Ghost Hunter to work. I followed the steps indicated i.e. pressed the button after 2100, which displayed the grave locations, but when i salute them, no distortion appears at ANY of them no matter how i orient my agent facing the grave and monument. I even went back to check the button to see if it was bugged but the map on the ingame tv screen was the same. I even tried to activate the button after just saluting the 3 graves, but no prompt appeared. I tried this on all 4 difficulty levels with the current SHD Exposed event and global directives on and off at least 8 times already with no luck. Anyone have any tips or helpful advice available? Am on PC by the way. Had no problems getting the other 7 OG hunter spawns, some of which were done with a group. This is the only one lacking RN

Some things to note re the 4 masks: You don't have to drop all 4 hunters in one go. I got dropped after killing 2, collected the 2 masks, then came back and tackled the next one. Got ganked by npc's strolling around and they joined in the fun. Waited for night to come around again, got the 4th. Note: Collect the masks, then make your way to the White House - go to the chest/case where the ivory keys are, and collect them. I didn't know to do this and was wondering around trying to figure out why I still only had 5 keys. Thought it appeared automatically. One more to go, and that's a wrap. Only question I have, when doing the last mask in the video, must the CP also be done at night? Guess I'll know soon enough.

I did the 4 hunter in the tree only got to kill 2 of them with the last key since the other roamed and despawned I guess, then after opening the ivory chest went back on the other night on the same spot and got the other 2 mask without redoing the whole thing or killing any hunter, just got the mask as a loot where the hunter suppose to spawn. I suppose you don't have to kill all the hunter if you want and just kill the one with the key and straight up open the chest and get back to the spot at night if its timed trigger.

Wraith mask is bugged, BUT i realised its the same bug where the "wave at camera" doesn't work, for some reason emotes dont activate things when you have "unbreakable" on armour, so if anyone has this issue, switch off the armour and it'll work

Great refresher! I'd forgotten a lot of the interact requisites and locations. I followed the instruction to demon mask, didn't see that ? on the map and shot through all targets, didn't spawn demon hunter. So this guide didn't work for me, am at shd lvl 1200.

the one where you shoot at 4 target windows? has to be at least 2100 hrs for the hunter to spawn. most of the hunters require 9pm for it to work, just follow the guide in the video. The demon mask was the first mask that I got and currently I just got the midas and revenant masks solo... got lucky that the two hunters separated and I was able to get one before I got the other.... if soloing multiple hunters, use a decoy as close to the other hunters so they are distracted so you can solo that one hunter then get'em by a proficient scorpio at short ranges, it has to be short ranges for the scorpio talent to fully work.... oh, it helps if you use a disrupt/hazard protection/protection from elites build for these so their skills hardly affect you.

Just came back to the game after a while, I have all 12 shown but the wall seems to still have room for two more. Is there two new ones since 2020 I’m missing or just empty space?

THX M8, Killed all of em today, had trouble on heroic with 4 hunters but still manged to bring them down, albeit it took me several attempts.

how did u proceed in the last hunter? (ghost mask) I I followed everything exactly like in the video but when I salute in front of the graves my ui not glitching or anything, meaning it didn't worked. so I'm stuck :/
