What you can do is unlock all the unlockable characters, leaving only the special, or app characters, left. Thus, when you receive a present, you can only receive an app character.

Mr Veyder Sorry man the characters you have mentioned are not obtainable by codes you have to buy them. Codes only work on characters that are not from different games, Example: Gunbrick, Greenfrog etc Even if you tap the “Get App” button and download the game you will not be able to obtain the character.
