So first, if you ever deleted this game on accident and you install it back, make sure to not change your Apple ID tho because you won't get the stuff back. So if you didn't change your Apple ID and restore purchases. On the game, you get your stuff back.

Maybe the only way to bring the shop button back is to maybe delete the game and download it back. But just make sure you have the same Apple ID so you can restore everything you had. And then click on something that cost money and the button should be there.
