You miss combat pistol which is very easy to get at the beginning of the game enter ammu nation with shooting range near franklin house shoot the clerk and kill all npc inside a shooting range one of them is using combat pistol.

You need to complete more main story missions to go back in los santos, madrazo will stop sending henchmen to kill you once you do enough missions and sort everything out with trevor and madrazo.
