I'd say the best way is to focus on a few for each topic instead of trying to remember every one, this makes it a bit more manageable. Keep revisiting them + see if you can quiz yourself on their ideas/match up theories wifh theorists without your notes too :) I have a video on A Level Sociology revision methods here, the top trumps method helped me a lot with theorists specifically too! kzbin.info/www/bejne/d5K3goZ4htVgl9k I'd also say plan a lot of essays and try to include a theorist in each paragraph, writing it and planning it in the exam format helped my memory with them and also helps with essay technique and evaluation :)

Hi , do i have to reference 2 sociological groups ( often with contrasting views ) from the introduction and then argue back and forth primarily between them and voicing in my opinion at the end of each paragraph or can i write about what I believe and argue back and forth against my self whilst still using sociologists as evidence in my evidence part ?

I'd say try to link a small part of the question each time- it doesn't have to be an exact copy/full sentence, just make sure you get the key words in at the start/end or where it feels relevant to bring focus back to the question. It doesn't have to be constant, just enough that it's clear which question you're answering throughout :) I'll see if I can find an example later on for you!

PAEEL, 4-5 points in total: point, analyse/explain, evidence to back up the point, evaluate, and then link. repeat. also an intro/conclusion if you have the time!

if i only write on the two perspectives in the item, is it unable to get in the top band? e.g. didn't reference marxism and functionalism.

As long as you develop your points and make sure you bring in the item I don't think it matters if you don't mention every perspective :)
