We've got a few more lined up! Who would you like to see?
@cchristensen990110 күн бұрын
I’d love it if you could get Abasí and/or Reyes from Anamals as Leaders, who I’m seeing in Austin, Texas next week. Mark Holcomb or Jake Bowen from Periphery would be awesome and Plini would be great as well.

If you split the guitar signal before it hits the amps you can make it sound like a perfect doubled guitar. It’s pretty cool, and it works because every amp interprets the signal slightly differently.

Scott Lucas of 'Local H' has a second input installed on his guitar, and sends line 2 to a bass amp.
@greendayray11 күн бұрын
@@AndyGravity yea it’s cool how he does that with a bass pickup for the low strings. All you need for normal stereo guitar doubling is a Y jack tho. Put it after your overdrive pedal or something and then you can plug into 2 amps each independently with a perfect double of your playing. It sounds really cool.

its called stereo, the first time i ever saw it was on BB kings signature model "Lucile". im pretty sure it was a Gibson invention, ive also seen it on the les paul recording and the les paul personal. i routed out a cavity and wired up a strap button jack to get stereo on a strat one time. you can have two different signal chains and can do some pretty cool shit

I needed to see this, I was recently told I was not allowed to audition for a band do to my rig *two heads into two 4x12's into two 1x18" vintage cabs* guitar into a couple effects but nothing i need... the owner of the practice shop had me setup out front and rip a little.... To say the least the band i was auditioning for originally was stunned and offered me the spot, I turned it down. I'm now gunning for becoming a studio musician so i can tinker more with my rig😁

Wonder why he’s never tried the Mick Thomson version of the fixed Floyd Rose? Ibanez would be able to do it, they did it before Jackson on his old Ibanez signatures.

Fletcher is the tone Sherpa for punk rock. He brought the guitar sound to a new level in the 90's. Definitely one of my biggest influences.

What's everyone's favorite Pennywise album?
@m_hask74914 күн бұрын
I saw the video one day on Much Music (possibly the only time they aired it during daylight) for Same Old Story from About Time, and it was the coolest thing I had heard since Offspring's Smash at the time. Then there was a skate board sim game at the arcade that had a bunch of other songs from that album on the soundtrack that were equally awesome and that's when I went to the CD store to order it. Those days the Epitaph records were like 23.99 to order in, which was a huge chunk of coin for a 12 year old.
