I'm old and worked in more than a dozen tech startups in my career. IMO a loan of any kind should be a last resort. Loans are more useful for businesses with established cash flow to expand. For people starting a new business loans are a serious risk imo. It's best to start as small as possible and learn and then grow.

You first have to have the business: registration with secretary of state, have a business name, business tax ID, business bank account account..you have to have a business ready
