Here's what they do according to Fisch Wiki: Blizzard totems: "It summons a blizzard, in which you can get a mutation on the fish: Blighted, which multiplies the fish's cost by 3x and it becomes black and purple." Avalanche: "Since natural avalanches are rare, the totem is highly recommended for obtaining the Yellow Energy Crystal, which is required to obtain the Heaven's Rod. However, it is not strictly necessary if a natural avalanche occurs."
