I have the liberty and went to the mechanic at pripyat and yaniv but cant unlock sprint. Do i need a blueprint first? When i select the upgrade nothing happens.

Who did you go to for the sprint modifications? Most technicians I've met can't install it

The tech in cement factory also lets you

If the tech in yaniv can’t install the Aramid helmet the one in cement factory can, and then the yaniv tech can install the sprint

Are you sure that the sprinting upgrade only works on the Liberty?

No it works on all suits including brummbar, you can look in the PDA to find out if the suit supports it as a modification

@@blackhole1229 Thats wrong. The Cuirass Exosuit for example didnt have this modification.
