The thing with the info bar is it can be distracting, as I've found firsthand. Especially if you're in a 1v1, I find myself constantly taking glances at it to see if I'm doing well, which means I lose focus on the notes and cock up at some point. Turn it on if you're confident you won't get distracted by it.

For the up and down scroll it really depends on the players preference on what they are good at either down or up scroll i personally prefer up scroll for me if you want to improve on down scroll or up scroll you can practice each one of them whenever you like

I wouldn’t recommend down scroll as a rip for mobile players. I am a mobile player on funky Friday myself but when I tried downscroll a lot of the time my fingers blocked the arrows which made me miss a lot so that’s why I don’t recommend down scroll for mobile.

Down scroll does not make you better for everyone you know i use up scroll reasons why: i have been practising it so much and did not know down scroll was a thing till now and plus my neck breaks easily when i look down for like a minute and down scroll makes it in my eyes that i get less time to react the notes and its more faster some how for my eyes then up scroll so i use up scroll and like the thing is my device is way too big that i look up usually so im kinda confused reading the down scroll notes

Background is useless for nightmare run 😭 Also when I started out around 2nd map update I found a dude and I asked him about his arrow speed and he gave me tips and that I should use 1.6 and it helped alot and to this day I still can't find that guy but I hope he's doing well I also use 8-bit notes because I do better with them some how than other notes

the up/down scroll one is far from true. Sure for some people its more comfortable to look down but you can just read it better because youre used to it. I personally like upscroll and down scroll is so hard for me.
