Just came across your channel. Great video, answered a question I had with your checking boxes analogy. I've subscribed. Thanks!

Quality update...it describes clearly the protocols I am following. I just lack the consistency

This is a great video. Giving as specific direction as posible (i know its all relativly idividual) is great imo. Thanks nick/UP.

Great vid, again! I'm going through transformation since 27th Jan and based on my informal knowledge, nutrition driven by principles (rather than rigid plan), hard work at the gym 5x per week I shed 5kg (~11lbs) of fat (start point 19.3% BF and currently 14% and counting) and keep muscle balance between 0-1kg (~2.2lbs) on a plus side. As mentioned in previous vid comment I'm studying to be a professional life coach but also want to add nutrition and later PT qualification to my arsenal. I have to say that I take some of the wisdom pearls you share on your channel and believe they contribute to my success. THANKS

Hi nick I love ur videos I find myself watching them over and over again I always started your online training 3 weeks ago and am training with James. I am also a personal trainer and have a case study at the minute who is 16 stone 5 and about 30% body fat he lost a stone in the first month doing 3 weight sessions and 2 hiit sessions a week with me now his weight is staying the same and even starting to slowly go up although his body shape is really changing for the better which he is happy about but he is still very aware of what the scales say rather than what the calipers and the mirror 'says'

Question: you mentioned importance of blood work. As this can be expensive depending on what exactly you check, could you please in order of importance list your top 10 blood markers you would check for someone who is taking fitness to the next level through transformation as described in the comment below? thanks

How lean do you get them before starting muscle gain? 10%, 12%?

Do you have a link to the video where you talk about body part splits? You're the only person I've heard saying to train them more regularly, so it would be interesting to hear! Everything else you've taught me has worked so far :)

We do not have a video up like that but it is a good topic and I will make a note and film that. It really is a lot more simple than you might think.

I managed to find the one you talked about with training more than once a week, really interesting. I'm starting your 12 week book towards the end of April. Wish me luck!

I have a video on this subject. I've always trained my body parts more frequently throughout my professional natural bodybuilding career.

Hi Nick, brilliant video! What would be the most accurate way of measuring your body fat?

well the only way to get a true reading is to become a cadaver. i dont recommend that. the rest are all indirect. the best one is the underwater weighing (its name escapes me...hydro something) which can be done at any sport science centre (try universities) the skin fold calipers and the electronic readers (aka bioelectrical impedence) are known as doubly indirect (they are calibrated against the hydro-thing which is calibrated against cadavers, hence the doubly) and can be as much as 5% away from the true mark. hope this helps.

Question not answered, if not in terms of the need to get leaner first. Not explained how you can lean and build muscle at the same time. I think you need to focus on one objective at a time, in this case clearly leaning down. If, then, you also happen to build muscle, i.e. because of a favourable body type, then well and good.
