Third: Get the Sword that is pink, it's in the hat shop and equip it Fourth: Play all the songs in the order I said with the sword; you don't have to get any of the notes Fifth: Go to the leaderboard area and go to the elevator; there should be a button that says "RB BATTLES" Sixth: Go in the elevator, onto the platform, and click the button above the sword.
