Hi Sue, Ideas are just that ideas. Funders look for results that are based on businesses that are tried and tested. The government can’t fund every idea with tangible evidence that it will succeed or even solve problems. A business person needs to first invest in themselves that’s why they want to see the foundation of the business. That’s the way it is.
