Hi In the physical presence, There’s no option for work permit, wht should we choose in temporary residence when counting the presence before PR? There is only option for international student,visitor,temporary foreign worker,temporary resudent permit holder.

Hi thank you for this informative video I just want to ask about the time period for 3 years so for 1 year count when we are on Work permit and for another 2 years count while we are PR my confusion is for 2 years, do we have to stay in Canada for continuous 2 years?

Temporary resident status as a Student or Worker can be claimed upto a maximum of 1 years and then 2 years as a PR. It does not have to be continuous but 3 years within last 5 years

You can change name, yes but not on the citizenship application. On the citizenship application, you just tell them if you changed it and when you changed it etc.

I am a PR and was eligible for all residency obligations and passed my citizenship test last year in June 2023. Now they are asking me for an in person interview. l am in india for the past 1 year and not working, but returning to take the in person interview for which they have sent an email. Will there be police clearance certificate required from lndia as l have been here for more than a year. Will there be an issue as l haven'tbeen working for more than a year due family issues? its how economics works...increase demand then raise the price of the goods. perfect example of why too much immigration too fast is not good. You are competing with your fellow indians now on places to stay. There will be nothing under 500 and that 500 would be for sharing basement with atleast 3 other people....lol two bedrooms so you wont even have your own room! Also 500 is not much for adventures. High inflation means it barely gets you anything. When I go out to party for one evening is minimum $150. Your phone bill will be close to $100 then don't forgot car expenses or bus passes which is over $100....good luck@@Easypeezy779
