This is NOT clickbait as I've been using this trick for longer than this videos been out, I like to call myself a capcut veteran because I've been using it way before pro came out, Half of the features they have are pro but they were ALL free back then, There is downsides to doing this. 1.lag they put lag on effects cause they know you'll screen record it so they do this 2. You'll have to crop your video 3. It takes a long time depending how long your video is

To be honest your Wrong so you see this can get into Copyrights cause CapCut HTML System puts copyrights in your videos that ur screen recording based on the !DOCTYPE your screen recording is sensored to the HTML Coding in CapCut so if your still doing this it can lead to Copy Right Claims Disclaimers you might get emailed by KZbin but if your still gonna do it well okay then.
