What surprises me the most is that this hit over a million views. I guess the best purpose of this video is to show what happens in the start of Emerald if you didn't already experience it. And that doesn't even look like Birch, but I could be wrong. If you want a Generation III Celebi, go get the Japanese Colosseum Bonus Disk. That's how I think he did it. I'm sure it's a boy.

Actually guys I tried this out when I started emerald for like the third time and the cheat really does work. If not "Ash" I think "ASH" will work. But celebi comes in your pc and is lvl 5 when you get it.

another reason why this doesn't work is because when it shows you the summary of Celebi, the trainer license name is Nintend, and not ASH. I don't know how the Celebi got there or is still there after the data wipe, but that's all i'll say...

guys he/she has an emulator for gameboy so with an emulater you can have up to 12 files, with that in mind he/or she (lets call he/she an it from now) pushed new game and loaded a file with a pre existing celebi in the box which got obtained by the cheat engine which was already intergrated with the gba emulater

my guide is, don't do it quickly if some sort of IMPOSSIBLE, that's why some of them lose their save games, some exploit true and others not. you must look for further :)

Wow, people: the only way to get celebi is a Nintendo event, which is why the OT is Nintend. ONCE you get the thing from the event, you start your file over and you'll get Celebi ONLY if they instruct you to do so...usually at the events, you get it in your PC AUTOMATICALLY. That's how i got mine.

I have an easier way! First you have to go to the pokemon center in littleroot town, then talk to the guy on your left. He'll walk through a door that will take you to sacred springs. Left of sacred springs is corona mountain, you have to get through there (very tough). At the end you will be at sacred forest where there is one masterball and every pokemon there is a level 100 celebi!

How to get a Dark Celebi: Start a new game and take Mudkip as starter, you have to give it a nickname with 7 letters(Mudkipz for example)and don't let it evolve(without an everstone)until you beat Elite 4 9001 times. Then you have to catch Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza with a Pokéball. You go to Prof Birch and he says "XYZ, I saw something strange at Mirage Island, please go there!". Go to Mirage Island and there is Dark Celebi! It can free itself from a masterball, so beware! It can 1-hit you too!

When I asked him how he knew that, he told me he had been there in Pokemon Emerald. I asked for proof, but his excuse was; Sorry, I deleted my save file and started all over again. 2 years later, when I got Pokemon Pearl (He had Pokemon Diamond), he told me he was in Old Chateau once, then a "secret door" opened. Legit way to get Celebi- Catch Level 15 Magikarp, use 6 of em, battle the Elite Four 100 times with only using the move Splash, and no items should be used. Then, battle Steven with the 6 level 15 Magikarp with SPLASH. Then, battle the ultimate trainer EVER!- Youngster Joey. Beware, his level 5 Rattata is a hip danger to your awesome pokemon. After defeating him you will get a Celebi from him.
