It always depends on how many items you have. I have almost all the items even though I don't have a hero skin. If you have all the items it's easier to get points. I have almost 200 points with only 12 draws

The timing for the discount is different from the other events. In my area the aot discount happens at 3pm while the dawning stars discount happens at 8pm
