@@korythecarguy9941 I would cleanse, tone, and moisturize your face twice a day once in the morning and once before you go to bed. But you could do either in the morning or at night either one would be fine but I recommend that you do it twice a day. The exfoliating part and the mask is more of something you do about once or twice a week depending on the severity of your acne. Hope this helps

I would also change my pillow cases every other night, drink at least 60 ounces of water per day, and I cut back on the salty snacks. Your diet is also important to getting rid of acne. What I mean by diet is reading the ingredients of the food you buy, like staying away from the bad oils, anything labeled with using Natural Flavoring, etc. I looked into Keto and just adapting some of the principals regarding type of foods to eat, helped me to reduced acne tremendously.

Don't forget to moisturise after cleansing and exfoliating, use sunscreen during the say as the last step of your routine. At night, you can use something like benzoyl peroxide spot treatment on pimples to dry it up quickly. 1. Cleanse 2. Exfoliate 3. Moisturiser 4. Sunscreen(day) spot treatment (night)

I wash with the cleaner 2 times a day. Once in the morning and at night. I exfoliate with the scrub every other day. I use the witch hazel each day and the mask only once a week. I electric scrub brush each day. That brush within one week of use should have your skin super smooth. The eye cream I use also each day once or twice. The moisture cream I use each wash after the witch hazel on my face has dried. This routine has my face cleared. Good luck everyone and I will be donating some cash to this brother soon.
