He desires intimate fellowship with you more than you could ever want or imagine. You can come into His presence thru praise and worship, on your own (Psalm 100:4) You can talk to Him and tell Him what's on your heart, how you feel, what you think, just like you would anybody else, though He already knows. You can interact with Him any time, any where, even when you are angry, disappointed, irritated, upset emotionally, feeling joyful, excited, whatever, whenever. You have to understand that He is also your Friend of all friends and will always delight in you and desire your presence. You are always accepted by Him and He always has your best interest at heart! He is the God who delights in showing you mercy time and time again and seeks to build more intimacy with you as you seek Him. And even seeking after God is a work of His grace in our heart, not an act of our will or desire. He drew us to Himself in the first place and will never stop.

I want to be close to God obeying His 10 commands to love Him first, love others as much as myself and keep His Sabbath sacred. So I keep praying. I want to be full of LOVE & the Holy Spirit's TRUTHS.

I paused it and you where having your hands up and saiid to my self that's what need to do raise up my hands and give Him total surrender in my whole life i know I don't deserve heaven but God made a way for me through the cross I've known the Lord for a long time He's has given me sexual purity and righteousness some sometimes I have set backs and tend to wonder off I want to stay with Jesus

God spoke to me when I was bedridden while my back was infected. His words is so powerful that I recovered in 2 month to be able to walk again. Amen. Always invite God into your life, do ask him for advice.

It's a parable about God's lavish love expressed toward us, not about how the son wasted his life. His unconditional love and acceptance of us is what draws people to Jesus and what He offers them. Yes, most people know their sin and that they miss the mark. Seeing a God who loves them breaks the barriers down and they become willing to open their heart to Him and turn to Him in faith for salvation or repentance.

It really is not always about desperation. Mother Theresa was close to God for years. Then she did not feel his presence for years. It was painful for her. I am so tired of religious leaders thinking then is one answer.
