Why this Red Tapism for getting COP ? State bar council has all my details and photos and my address. First of all to get enrolled, they have to be given every detail of my life with a sworn affidavit. Now why can’t they simply mail it. It costs time, money and energy to personally collect the COP. We have given more than enough fees to cover courier charges.
