For those wonder the most economic way to spend keys, I went through Aeon's video of ALL the new chests and sorted them out by which chest on average gives you the most stuff per 100 keys spent on average. It only includes the new rewards so the first 200 1 key chests and the first 48 5 key chests are not included in my math. I think having like a multiple sets of icons (that we can equip) will be such a big life upgrade, imagine if u could create ur 10 favourite icon sets and being able to switch them with a few buttons instead of going through everything again.

That would be such a great idea, it would at the very least be a useful tool for saving your favorite so that you can mess around with icons without having to fix everything you changed

I personally would love to see a "random icon/ship/ball etc." option that would randomize your setup for every level/attempt/transition (any of these really) or even just randomize everything at a press of a button. I want to have variety in my picks because then I think all of my collection matters, not just the selected few.

Opening the 1 key chests gives most different icons but I think starting with the 100 key chests and saving the 1 key chests for last is the most rewarding if you don’t have enough keys to unlock every chest right away.

The new ship you're using is pretty much 1:1 recreation of the Dragonfolly boss from the Terraria Calamity Mod. I think all the items you got from that 100 key chest with it are too, I know there is a cube based on the Devourer of Gods

What I’ve been doing is gauntlets. You get diamonds after beating every level. Then after you finish a gauntlet, you get a chest. Plus you will be getting quests done along the way.

Fun-fact: the first 1-10 chests are better to grind resources, 10 being more valuable giving some more resources, but from 25-100 is better to grind icons, so you should open these if you already broke the economy or have an icon in there you wish to have.

You get 10 icons for 50.000 orbs which means one icon costs 5.000 and that's fair if you look at some of the shop items. And there's a bonus 11th icon for free right as you unlock the path. I think it's a cool new feature :)

To get demon keys you have to get 500 orbs from levels and the game will automatically reward you with a demon key, note that this only works on the orbs you get from levels
