@@RadityaPratama-w7u No, the problem was that I am actually just stupid and deaf because I was doing it in investigations queue when he clearly says its a story mission at level 360. Once I went into the actual story fight, I got the cutscene.

I followed what was shown in the video and didn’t get the cutscene for the scroll I black flashed him 3 times tried it 4 times but still no cutscene the meteorite he summoned just hit me like normal so I don’t know what to do for the cutscene to appear. I am max lvl and the 4 times I did are solo jogo easy raid

Just do daily quests, u can level up a bit to get it with just strenght skills and black flash

basically each time you use on of the star rage ct's moves, that meter fills up and when it reaches max mass you can use jupiter and have a super powerful attack
